Andreas Seidl - CFO

Andreas Seidl took on the position of CFO in Finance and Controlling at Open Systems in January 2019. He studied math and computer science, and has earned more than 15 years of experience in the software industry as well as an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management. Before Open Systems, he worked as a CFO at Automic, a market leader in corporate software for business automation, and prior to that as a McKinsey consultant on various projects in the areas of telecommunication and manufacturing.

Christopher Raniere

Chris is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in high volume sales of cybersecurity services to mid-market organizations. His success in sales and cybersecurity experience make him ideal for Open Systems' Chief Revenue Officer, and in accomplishing his chief responsibilities of organizing the global salesforce for greater success and increasing the company's share of the growing market for MDR services. Chris joins Open Systems from Secureworks where, as Regional Vice President of Sales for North America, he consistently achieved double digit sales growth of the company's MDR and network security services year over year. Before his success at Secureworks, he held a variety of increasingly senior sales roles at Cbeyond, where ultimately rose to the rank of Vice President and General Manager of Sales. Chris earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Western Kentucky University.

Daniel Neuhaus - CTO

Daniel joined Open Systems in January of 2020 following the acquisition of Sqooba, the successful analytics startup he co-founded. In his initial role as Head of Product, he was tasked with integrating machine learning, data logistics and analytics into the Open Systems platform. In July 2021 Daniel was appointed Chief Technical Officer and is responsible for overseeing the further development of the company's unified managed services platform, increasing its level of automation and maximizing the NOC and SOC synergies. Daniel is ideal for this position, with more than 20 years of experience developing analytics products for European telecoms Swisscom and Orange, Computer Sciences Corp., and Sqooba. Prior to Sqooba's 2016 launch, he led Swisscom's Analytics and Data Products as its EVP, growing a team of 15 to more than 200 analysts, data scientists, engineers, and Dev/Ops developers.

Dr. Bernd-Michael Rumpf - Chairman

Bernd-Michael Rumpf is a co-founder of Actico GmbH and Head of its Supervisory Board. Before that, he was a member of the Executive Board at Temenos SA. From 2002 to 2008 he worked as CEO of SAP Systems Integration AG and was later a member of the extended Executive Board of SAP AG. Prior to that, he worked in management consulting at Gemini Consulting. Bernd-Michael received degrees in Business Administration from University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and London Business School.

Florian Funk

A Microsoft veteran who ran its partner ecosystem, Gavriella is a strategic business leader recognized for changing businesses and business models. She has extensive sales, marketing, and product development expertise helping thousands of client companies transform through technology. Gavriella also champions DE&I, and as a TEDx Speaker launched #BeCOME and #ALLIES platforms. Over 25 years at Microsoft, Gavriella led significant change initiatives while transforming its relationships with partners and customers. As Corporate Vice President at Microsoft, she reimagined the global partner program, growing it into a powerhouse with more than 90,000 cloud services partners and over 12,000 published marketplace solutions. Earlier roles include the US Enterprise and Cloud Business as well as the global Windows Client Business. She is also focused on DE&I as a founding executive sponsor and board advisor of the Women in Tech Network and Women in Cloud. She serves on the boards of the Women Business Collaborative and SHE Community. Strategic advisor for the Berkshire Partners private equity firm, Gavriella is a Member of the Board of Chinasoft International and several leading industry boards.

Geoff Haydon - CEO

As Chief Executive Officer, Geoff's primary responsibility is to ensure that Open Systems provides the company's customers with a cybersecurity experience way beyond expectations. With more than 25 years of experience growing companies in the security and enterprise software markets, Geoff joined Open Systems in May 2021 after serving as Vice President of Sales and Customer Operations for VMWare Carbon Black. Prior to this, Geoff held executive leadership roles at several IT and cybersecurity leaders, including Secureworks, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer, and Absolute Software, where as CEO he spearheaded its transformation into one of the world's top providers of enterprise endpoint and information security solutions. He also brings considerable international experience thanks to his roles as RSA's Vice President for Asia-Pacific and Japan, and later, its Vice President for the Americas. Geoff earned his bachelor's degree in Honors Business Administration (HBA) at the University of Western Ontario's Richard Ivey School of Business.

Maggie Chan Jones

Maggie Chan Jones is the founder and CEO of Tenshey, a tech-enabled executive coaching company that helps women advance into leadership roles and the boardroom. She founded Tenshey after a tremendously successful career in marketing at several of the world's largest technology companies, including Microsoft and SAP. She was SAP's first woman CMO, responsible for driving the software provider's global marketing effort across more than 180 countries. Her many successes in this role included leading SAP's brand transformation effort, which led to the company being recognized as the world's 21st most valuable brand. Before moving to SAP, Level 3 Communications chose Chan Jones to be the first CMO of its North America region. Prior to this, she served as Microsoft's marketing director of U.S. Cloud Services and Office 365. Earlier in her career, she held leadership and marketing positions at Sun Microsystems and ADIC. Her many accolades include the Women Economic Forum presenting her with the Women of the Decade in Marketing, Branding and Communication award in 2018, and being recognized by Forbes Magazine as one of the top 20 World's Most Influential CMOs in 2017.

Martin Bosshardt

Martin Bosshardt serves as a founding partner of Open Systems. From 2002 to September 2019, he led the company as CEO, executing the company's investment and strategy shifts through expansion around the globe. Prior to Open Systems, Martin joined ABB, followed by taking a management role at Futurecom Interactive. He was awarded the SVC Entrepreneurs Award in 2010. He's on the Advisory Board of PwC Switzerland.

Michael Davis

Author, speaker, consultant and entrepreneur, Michael is Open Systems' Chief Architect and a highly regarded expert on cybersecurity. His extensive experience includes serving as a senior leader in the Global Threats group at McAfee, launching the IT security consulting firm Savid Technologies and, more recently, Michael was the CTO of GoSecure, a specialist in endpoint security. He has advised clients include AT&T, Exelon, Sears and the U.S. Department of Defense. In addition to regularly speaking at industry conferences including Black Hat, Interop, SuperStrategies and InfoSecWorld, Michael has written on cybersecurity topics for InformationWeek, Dark Reading and other publications, and the Hacking Exposed series of books. As Chief Architect, Michael advises Open Systems and our clients on security best practices and works with product development to guide the future of the Microsoft Azure cloud-native platform for Open Systems' MDR service.

Michael Fey

Michael Fey became Chief Executive Officer of D2iQ in December to help the company define and pursue its next phase of growth, building on the momentum and track record set by the company to date. Fey brings strong enterprise software and cloud leadership and expertise to D2iQ (formerly known as Mesosphere). Previously, he served as president and COO at Symantec. Prior to joining Symantec, he served as president and COO of Blue Coat, leading product and go-to-market functions. While at Blue Coat, Fey led the company to aggressive growth, resulting in its acquisition by Symantec in 2016 for $4.65 billion. Fey has also been executive vice president and general manager for enterprise products at McAfee and chief technology officer of Intel Security, where he drove the company's long-term strategic vision and innovation in the enterprise network, endpoint and analytics security segments by focusing on high-growth market opportunities and field execution. Fey holds a degree in Engineering Physics and Mathematics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Moritz Mann - Chief Strategy Officer

Moritz Mann studied at the Dualen Technical College Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) in Germany and holds a degree in Business Informatics. He has also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honors from Open University in Milton Keynes, U.K. After finishing his studies, Moritz joined Open Systems. Between 2012 and 2017, he was responsible for Mission Control Operations in Zurich and Sydney, after having worked in different roles in Development, Customer Success, and Sales. In mid-2017, Moritz became the Chief Product Officer, responsible for defining, positioning, and launching our cloud-native Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) and Extended Detection and Response (XDR) platform strategy. Having been named Chief Strategy Officer in February 2020, Moritz is currently responsible for corporate and technology strategy and serves on the executive team driving the global growth of Open Systems.
