Algernon Nurse was born and raised in Alabama (War Eagle), and has been living in the Dallas area for over 8 years. He has multiple years in Multi family property management with experience with New construction, rehabs, conventional and LIHTC. Some of his hobbies include working out, playing football, and DIY projects.
Brandi Stubbs was raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She brings 21+ years of property management to our company and is ready to assist your clients with their housing needs. When not focused on real estate, Brandi spends most of her time reading and spending time with family. She is a proud TWU mom and adores her chihuahua named Millie.
Celeste Chavana is 25 years old and lives in Decatur, TX. In her spare time, she likes to go fishing or hang out with her family. She has been with Omnikey for a little over 3 months now and looks forward to learning new things.
Chelsea has lived in Texas since 2015, and has been a licensed real estate agent for 4 years. She is native to Bend, OR, and enjoys all things outdoors. Chelsea and her husband Zack have been married for 7 years, and they have two kids ages 2.5yrs and 1yr as well as two dogs. Chelsea started her personal real estate investment journey in 2018, and plans to continue building her rental portfolio through the knowledge she has learned at OmniKey

Cindy Vasquez was born and raised in Texas. She has Ext.ensive experience in customer service and looks forward to assisting clients with their housing needs. She is married and has 3 children. When not focused on real estate, Cindy spends most of her free time watching her daughter play softball, spending time with her family and playing soccer.
Courtney Bales is a repairs Coordinator for OmniKey Realty. Before joining OmniKey, she served 8 years in the Air Force and just shy of 5 years with the Department of Homeland Security. Courtney graduated in 2015 from Ashford University with a Bachelors in Real Estate Studies. Even though she was not born in Texas, she considers herself a Texan. She moved to Plano, Texas in 1993 and graduated from Plano East Senior High in 2002. Courtney's family includes: a wonderful husband, an awesome daughter and 4 crazy dogs - 2 Weimaraners and 2 Chihuahua Terrier mixes. She is looking forward to working with you.
Frank has worked for OmniKey for 2 years and 3 months. His father Chuy also works with him here. Frank enjoys watching the exhilarating event of turtle racing and he also enjoys ghost hunting in his free time.
Jason Bales is the Vice President for OmniKey Realty. He joined the OmniKey Reality family after 16 years of service to the United States through the Air Force, Department of Homeland Security, and locally as a police officer. Jason is currently serving in the Air Force Reserves as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer. His years of service have proven that integrity, being a team player, and a willingness to work hard are essential for success - and these are the traits he brings to the OmniKey Family. Jason is an active investor himself and real estate is his passion. He is grateful to be helping to build and support both your investment portfolio and his own!
Joey Shouse brings a wealth of legal and business knowledge and experience to OmniKey Realty. Prior to working for OmniKey Realty, Joey practiced law for 16 years, owning and operating his own legal practice for the last 10 years.
Joey believes hard work, personal accountability, and treating others with respect is the key to a successful business. He strives towards these objectives every day to provide OmniKey Realty, its partners, clients, and customers with the best service possible.
Joey is a licensed Texas attorney and graduate of TCU and Texas Tech University School of Law.
Justin is a father of one. He loves hunting and fishing. He is a die hard car person.
Lauren was born and raised in north Texas. She graduated from Texas A&M University. Prior to joining the OmniKey team, she worked at a middle school in Plano and an online title company. She loves all things pink, vintage, and "aggie". In her spare time, she likes visiting antique stores and sushi restaurants.

Leah is the co-founder of one of the largest property management and residential investment firms in North Texas, OmniKey Realty. She also operates a myriad of other companies. As an industry pioneer, she'll tell you that some of her favorite property investments are those most would never consider purchasing. Leah takes pride in buying, renovating, and selling residences all over Texas while teaching others do the same. Leah generously and freely shares her knowledge with others around the world and spends her time teaching others how to build Wealth In Rentals with free live events, podcasts, news interviews, podcasts, articles.
Eagerly navigating the world of real estate since 2006, OmniKey Realty's owner and co-founder, Leah Slaughter, has developed a strong portfolio of commercial and residential properties throughout Texas. Leah is a native Texan born and raised in Dallas. She has personally acquired, overseen, and managed thousands of properties during their almost 17 year time span operating in the North Texas area. She and her husband own multiple companies.
Leah is an accomplished investor, agent, speaker, and educator. She freely shares her knowledge with others around the world as the host of a weekly webinar focused on real estate investing and property management. Leah and her team can often be found at conferences throughout the year where Leah leads training sessions and discusses the unique and successful hands-on approach to investment and property management with her husband as well as on radio, TV, and print publications.
Aside from her career, Leah enjoys spending her free time cooking as well as spending time at her ranch with her many animals and pets. She is involved in the community in a variety of ways, from supporting fallen soldier foundations to fostering and adopting children and animals, Leah routinely backs her favorite organizations with her time and money and has found joy and purpose in helping others.
Her husband, Michael, is a reserve police officer in Collin County and a city council member in Parker, Texas. She and Michael are middle school sweethearts. They founded OmniKey Realty together in 2006. As of 2022, Leah is the Chair of Property Management and Leasing Committee as well as member of multiple other committees. In her twenties, Leah and her husband adopted three children at the ages of six, eight, and twelve, and recently adopted their fourth child, now 2.5. She also fosters and adopts pets through Legacy Humane Society and Paws In The City.
With her family, friends, and team at her side, there's nothing that holds Leah back from making the nExt. deal, throwing the greatest party of the year, or being there for the people she loves most.
Madeline Johnson, otherwise known as Johnny, was born and raised in Plano, Tx. She just recently graduated from Kennesaw State University in Georgia with a degree in Marketing and is now back living in her hometown. Some of her hobbies outside of work include hanging out with friends, playing volleyball, and creating art.
Megan is a hardworking and motivated 22 year old born and raised in Dallas, TX. When she is not at work, she is studying to become a licensed real estate agent in Texas. Outside of work and school, she enjoys playing the piano, drawing, and listening to music as loud as she is able to. She is an incredibly ambitious individual, therefore, when she has a goal in mind, absolutely nothing can, nor will, stand in the way of it until she has accomplished said goal. She has a soft spot for children and enjoys any volunteer work that allows her to help others. If she had to define her character in one word, she would define herself as compassionate.

She also operates a real estate investment fund in North Texas.
Michael has a wide variety in his education and professional background that has allowed him to become an accomplished investor, entrepreneur, mentor, coach, and educator. He applies his knowledge in this field working with his wife, Leah Slaughter, to educate thousands and help them to follow the same path that Leah and Michael personally used to create their real estate empire. A huge part of their philosophy is to not just talk but also do. They invest side by side with their investors in the same areas. It is this hands on approach that has led to Michael and Leah not just having wonderful clients but also great friends in their investment endeavors.
It all started with his love of legos and trains it to start the passion in real estate for OmniKey Realty's Owner and Broker, Michael Slaughter. Since the start in 2006, Michael has worked to build his own real estate holdings and share his love and knowledge of real estate investment. The growth of others' portfolios and being a huge part in helping numerous others retire on their passive income has been his greatest joy.
Aside from real estate, Michael has many other passions, the largest of which is service to others. He is currently serving in his own community as Mayor Pro Term for the City of Parker, Texas as well as a council member and also holds the rank of Lieutenant in Collin County as a reserve police officer. In his free time, you will usually find him working at their ranch, tending to their cows, horses, and donkeys. He loves to fish, spend time with his family and friends, and work on his classic car collection. During the early days of their marriage, Michael and Leah adopted three children and just recently adopted a 2 year old. A firm belief that Michael shares constantly is: "Success is only enjoyable when it can be shared with those you care about and those you can lift up with you. We are all in this together." With his team beside him and the amazing friends and family always offering support, there is nothing that will hold back Michael's mission to change people's lives through real estate.
Sunny was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM. She received her Bachelors degree in Criminology and Philosophy. She moved to Texas and now works in Property Management/Real Estate.
Teresa has a heart of gold and unbridled enthusiasm. Her life has taken her from 20 years of Commercial Real Estate Management to Residential Property Management at OmniKey Realty. At OmniKey she works as the repairs manager and successful realtor.
Tommy is an accomplished manager offering 20+ years of management and real estate experience. His focus is delivering strong measurable results, cost saving strategies, process streamlining, resource management, and providing excellent customer service.
Born and raised in DFW. He currently lives in Plano with his wife Leah Clark and his 2 sons. Will has worked in real-estate since 2015 and with OmniKey since the Fall of 2016. He is passionate about helping clients sell their Investment properties. Will recently invested in his first rental property in Denison! Will also loves to be outside, avid sports-fan and spending time with family.
Willie K. Washington was born and raised in Louisiana's Capital, Baton Rouge. He's the father to a 3 year old son name Waylen, and has been married 7 years to the love of his life Latasha. His relationship with maintenance began when he was 18 years old. He has a strong passion for making things new and bringing things back to an operable state. He loves spending quality time with his family and going to the shooting range in his spare time.
