Chad Williams, Founder and President of OSS International, is a former member of the US Army Special Forces, where he served on both active duty and as a Reservist for over twenty-five years. In addition to serving in the military, Chad served as a Homicide Detective and Law Enforcement trainer in Columbus, OH. Chad has experience overseeing and directing operations and projects in the United States, Central and South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Chad is a Certified Protection Manager with a bachelor's degree from Ohio University and a graduate of the US Army's Sergeants Major Academy.

Leonard "Lenny" Hall is an experienced security professional and OSS Vice President of Threat Assessment Management Services. He was previously Security Operations Director and Chief Security Officer for Scotts Miracle-Gro. He has expertise in threat assessment management, executive protection, critical infrastructure protection, and homeland security compliance. He also developed and taught programs at the University of Findlay and served on security task forces for the State of Ohio and the City of Columbus. Before joining Scotts Miracle-Gro, he was the President of Hall & Associates, Inc., directing investigations and protective missions for clients in the private and public sectors.

Paul Welch, Senior Vice President of OSS International, has an extensive law enforcement and military service background. He served in the US Army Military Police Corps for 12 years, on both active duty and in the Ohio Army National Guard. In addition, he has worked as a Law Enforcement Officer in Columbus, Ohio, for 29 years, performing enforcement, investigative, and technology-related duties. Paul has experience managing and overseeing security operations across the United States, South and Central America, Europe, and the Middle East. He holds a bachelor's degree from Youngstown State University and is a graduate of the US Army Military Police and the Advanced NCO Training Academies.
Ramon is a highly experienced security professional with a diverse background. He served as an SF Medic (18D) and Chief Warrant Officer in the US Army Special Forces and currently holds the position of police sergeant in Ohio, where he has fulfilled the roles of Patrol Sergeant, Trainer, and SWAT Commander. Additionally, he is a certified personal protection specialist and currently works as a security consultant and Executive Protection team leader for OSS International.
