Psychological Assessment Services for the Deaf (PASDEAF) was established to address the unique psychological assessment needs of deaf and hard of hearing individuals. As a clinical and forensic psychologist, Dr. Brian Hartman conducts psychological evaluations with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Additionally, he can provide consultation to organizations, attorneys, advocates, or others who are working with deaf and hard of hearing individuals.
