Cathy Gutierrez

Cathy joined the firm in 2020. She possesses high standards and a commitment to excellence and makes it a priority to provide clients with exceptional assistance. Her focus at the Firm is handling Chapter 7 Bankruptcy matters, as well as, Mortgage Modifications and Short Sales. Prior to joining the Firm, Cathy worked as a Mortgage Processor and brings her extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry to her role. Cathy is bilingual in English and Spanish. She plays a key role supporting attorneys in a variety of areas including, preparing petitions and loss mitigation packages. Outside of the office, Cathy enjoys dancing, working out, and spending time with family and friends.

Elayne M. Conrique

Attorney Elayne M. Conrique earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice from Penn State University in State College, Pennsylvania and her Juris Doctorate degree from Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She moved to Florida and obtained her Florida Bar license in 2002. Prior to starting the firm, Attorney Conrique was in-house counsel for a Commercial Real Estate Enterprise and focused on Transactional Real Estate and Title Insurance. Witnessing people losing their homes in the downturn of the global economic crisis in 2009, Attorney Conrique decided to start her own firm and broadened her practice to include litigation matters including Foreclosure Defense, Debt Defense and Consumer Bankruptcy. She witnessed first-hand how homeowners were left to deal with the consequences of the poor lending practices of large financial institutions. Filing bankruptcies and defending foreclosure actions on behalf of her clients became the focus of her practice in order to help her clients save their homes and regain control of their finances. Attorney Conrique has always been driven by the desire to help others. She enjoys working hard to help clients understand and balance their legal and financial issues.

Jennifer Moore

Jennifer is a Florida Bar Register Paralegal. Jennifer obtained her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida in 2012. Jennifer has experience in Real Estate Title, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, Short Sales, Modification and Probate matters. Currently she focuses on Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Filings and Mortgage Modifications.

Marian Rodriguez

Marian joined the Perez Conrique Law team in May of 2018. She is responsible for greeting clients, handling front office reception and various administrative duties, including billing and collections. Marian came to the Firm with a wide variety of experience in customer service including, front desk, order management, and Gate Agent experience. Marian is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Outside of the office, Marian enjoys cooking, ice skating and spending time with family and friends.

Michelle R. Fernandez

Attorney, Michelle R. Fernandez graduated from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and earned her Juris Doctorate Degree from Wayne State University School of Law. During her time at Wayne State University Law School, Attorney Fernandez was active in OUTlaws, an on campus organization that strives to create a safe environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered (LGBT) students, as well as, to bring LGBT issues to the attention of students and faculty. As President of OUTlaws, Attorney Fernandez oversaw the organization's advocacy and social programming, as well as, education and collaboration. Attorney Fernandez interned for the Triangle Foundation in Detroit, Michigan's leading LGBT organization before merging with Equality Michigan. Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Fernandez practiced Family Law while with the Men's Divorce Law Firm and she was a Certified Domestic Violence Advocate for Help Now of Osceola, Inc. where she served as a liaison between the Florida Department of Children & Families and Help Now Osceola. She provided legal advocacy, as well as, support advocacy for domestic violence victims during injunction hearings, mediations, and dependency court. Attorney Fernandez' diverse experience shows through in her ability to analyze each client's specific situation and find practical approaches to resolve their individual legal issues. Throughout her career, she has earned the respect of her clients, as well as, the respect of the other legal professionals with whom she interacts on a daily basis due to her commitment to advocate for her clients.
