PHN Engineering and Projects was founded in 20 th March 2013 and was registered on 06/06/2014 ( Registration no: 110844/07) to engage in diverse Professional building construction services , Civil Engineering projects, Mine maintenance projects, Heavy Engineering , Building construction services, General supply, Quantity surveying services, Architectural services and construction cost Economist consultant services (Preparation of tender document, Bill of qualities, cost advice to client and feasibility of capital projects), for both public and private sectors. We have assisted entities through our wide range of expertise in different fields... PHN Engineering and projects consists of two black woman Directors who established the company in 20 th March, 2013. They wanted to prove a point that South African Women can establish a construction and consultancy company which adopted a black economic Empowerment (BEE) on the level 1.
