In fact, one of the owners of Plackmann Properties was in the CHA Owner's Excellence program before starting Plackmann Properties... Plackmann Properties are a private, self-managed company who provides quality accommodation rental units in East Garfield Park, Austin and Rogers Park... We manage all of our properties ourselves as we feel we are more invested and motivated to make sure our tenants receive the most prompt and courteous service for any and all of their needs.
