Attorney Coleman is a licensed North Carolina attorney and member of the NC State Bar; NC Bar Association; Tenth Judicial District; and Wake County Bar Association... Under scholarship, she earned an undergraduate degree in Social Work in her hometown of Burlington, Vermont from Champlain College. Upon relocation to North Carolina she worked simultaneously as a social worker and paralegal/law office manager for 10 years before attending NCCU School of Law's evening program to earn a Juris Doctor degree.
