Andrew Pollina heads our ISO Relations program. By understanding the challenges that face agents in today's processing industry, Andrew helps to maximize our reseller partners revenue and performance while offering low-friction solutions for their merchants.
After studying finance at Rutgers University as a D1 athlete, Andrew built his own company. Within the first year of business, he broke a million dollars in sales and had more than 30 employees working for him. There, he gained experience managing a team and training larger sales organizations, which he uses today to recruit and train ISO's and agents so they can achieve their highest levels of success.

As president and chief operating officer at Priority Payments Local, Angelo is responsible for the national and local operations of the company. He brings more than 15 years of experience as one of the company's founders. His experience and leadership have been focused on developing and delivering technology-driven business services and solutions, providing outstanding client service, and driving profitable revenue growth.
While focused on new company initiatives, culture and employee experience are all at the forefront of the exemplarily service delivered to clients, Angelo encourages employee growth and opportunity to enhance all of the users experience for vendors, sales partners and end user Merchants. With 10 years of sales and infrastructure management, focus on service and cutting-edge products are in his DNA. After serving as YP.com General Manager for 5 years, Angelo saw a need for a new age approach to payment processing where the sales partners would be serviced first to then offer the companies solutions with an immutable delivery backed by an award-winning team of client services, strategy, and implementation specialists.
Priority Payments Local's success is driven on a daily basis by the leadership he delivers. Industry leading service and payment solutions for merchants are simply the by-product of this well oiled machine with Angelo at the helm. As a husband and father of 3, Angelo also participates in many local charities and functions as a board member to collegiate foundations to help give back. He also contributes to the education of those in his field with many of his trainings and writings printed in national publications.
Jack plays a key role in the growth and development of strategic partnerships and ISO relationships, secures new business, and manages the Miami office.
Josh joined Priority in 2017 as a graduate of Montclair State University with a B.S in Mathematics and a concentration in Statistics. In his role at Priority Payments Local he is responsible for financial oversight, company data, sales analysis, and account management.
Kelly supports our company executives by screening visitors, answering and routing calls, preparing reports, and sorting and distributing incoming correspondence.

Michele Alex supports the executive team at Priority, manages merchant inquiries, and processes data all at once. She plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our office, monitors logbooks and maintains security best practices.
Michele began her career at age 18, right out of high school, and headed to Wall Street. By the time she was 24, she broke the glass ceiling by becoming one of the first female Bond Brokers in the industry. She retired from Wall Street after the birth of her second daughter- motherhood is a full-time job. She joined the Priority team three years ago and continues to drive our success.
Pavlos Dimitroulakos has been with Priority from its inception in 2013. He leads the support, operations, and implementations teams and handles everything from new account submissions to oversight of existing accounts. He also directs business consultations for prospective clients and manages the deployment of all Priority products. As our Vice President of Operations, he guides the rest of his teams in providing responsive, knowledgeable service every day.
Pavlos has a bachelor's degree in Business Management and an associate's degree in Accounting. Before coming to Priority, he cut his teeth in the hospitality industry. At the age of 19, he started his own entertainment business where he managed over 45 employees. Pavlos has planned, hosted, and produced several music festivals over the years- the largest was attended by over 25,000 people. Notably, he also hosted several events for the 2004 Olympics in Athens, Greece.
Outside of work, Pavlos is a dedicated father and husband who loves to travel with his family.
Sal DiDonato, CEO and co-founder of Priority Payments Local, possesses a wealth of business, analytical, and technological expertise that are central to the company's reputation as a powerhouse in the payment processing industry.
Driven by his vision of continually driving growth and outperforming the competition, DiDonato develops strategic alliances with ISOs and affinity partners across the country.
This strategic expansion and cultivation began in 2013, when Priority Payments Local was founded. He began his career in 2007, when he cut his teeth in the industry as an agent for FISERV, where he grew and processed a portfolio of over $100 million in less than 5 years. His business acumen allowed him to develop a stronger, better option for merchants and partners alike. The company now services merchants nationwide.
He is a graduate of the University of Miami with a Bachelors in Entrepreneurship and Business Law. He resides in Miami, Florida with his wife Nicolette, where he runs one of the flagship offices of Priority Payment Local.
