Barry's commitment to the DenMat story and its unique value proposition in the dental market have ignited excitement among his sales and marketing team, and his keen insight on market trends is invaluable to the company's ongoing success.

Carol, one of the most veteran employees of DenMat, is responsible for all administrative and human resource activities. With more than three decades of service to the company, which includes trusted executive secretary to company founder Robert Ibsen, DDS, Carol's role allows her to share this knowledge in many facets of DenMat's day-to-day business. Her passion for employee health and well-being has led to the introduction of a company-wide stretching program to reduce workplace injuries, among other unique employee benefits.
David joined DenMat in 2017, bringing to the company a wealth of industry knowledge, including hands-on experience in product procurement and management, manufacturing, sales, communications, and laboratory services. Today, he shares this expertise in the oversight of continued strategic development, global sales and marketing, product development, manufacturing, distribution, finance and all administrative functions. Prior to DenMat, David's 25 years experience in the dental industry included: President of both the Prismatik Dentalcraft and IOS Technologies divisions of Glidewell Laboratories and senior leadership positions at Sybron Dental Specialties (Danaher), General Electric, and Nobel Biocare.

Passionate about providing relevant comprehensive continuing education programs to dentists, Jennifer oversees the development, marketing, and execution of DenMat's high-quality clinical continuing education programs. Working with industry thought leaders to design and deliver impactful, contemporary hand-on courses and in-depth lectures, Jennifer works tirelessly to ensure DenMat's course offerings increase dental professionals' personal success while elevating the standard of care throughout the industry. Jennifer previously was Director, Professional Services at Glidewell Laboratories, where she launched its robust clinical education platform while also overseeing the company's quarterly publication, Inclusive Magazine.
Nicholas began his career in medical device manufacturing in 1992 at Ormco Dental. By 2012, Nicholas advanced to the position of Danaher Business System Leader, streamlining production processes for Danaher companies throughout the globe. Nicholas joined the DenMat team in November of 2014 as Director of Manufacturing and immediately displayed operational excellence and positive energy, creating constructive organizational change across the Company. Nicholas was promoted to Senior Director of Operations and Supply Chain in 2015. Since then, he has led efforts to significantly increase working capital, implemented a sophisticated electronic Kanban inventory management system, vertically integrated several electro-optical manufacturing processes, and has increased service levels across all product lines. Nicholas's operational excellence and abilities as a leader will keep DenMat on a path towards continuous improvement, while always exceeding customer expectations.

Robert came to DenMat in 2011, bringing with him vast experience and expertise that has been instrumental in the company's expansion. With nearly 30 years of industry experience, Robert has guided the company through five acquisitions, several product and material introductions, and the buildout of a new manufacturing and distribution platform. Prior to DenMat, Robert worked for Discus Dental where he was an integral part of its first sales team during its 1993 start-up phase. He eventually worked his way up to Chief Operating Officer and held that title until the company's merger with Philips Electronics in 2011.

A California native, Tom recently joined DenMat with 30+ years of senior management experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, and nuclear industries. He has been responsible for international and domestic Regulatory compliance, Quality Management Systems, product global registrations and marketing approvals for companies such as Allergan, 3M, and Medtronic. With his many years working with government entities such as the US Food and Drug Administration, the European Union and US Department of Energy, Tom provides guidance to ensure our products meet today's legal challenges.
