Beth Kemp

Beth has a business degree with a marketing major and over 9 years of experience in mystery shopping. She held government positions in Audit Compliance and Governance for 12 years. Beth developed a sound knowledge and commitment to customer service principles with a critical eye for detail in her role as General Manager of 4 ½ and 5 star resorts for 11 years. Beth has been validating surveys at Prime Mystery Shopping since 2014.

Cathy Ingham

Job Titles:

Cathy is well qualified having just finished university. In her role as Co-ordinator, Cathy assists shoppers in every facet of mystery shopping from registration to final survey submission. Importantly, she assigns shoppers to their assignments. She is an integral part of our team.

Katherine Tilbrook

Katherine has over 25 years of experience in mystery shopping. She was the International Operations & HR Manager for Market Pulse which specialises in Mystery Shopping and Retail Audit/Evaluation services in a number of industries in New Zealand, Australia, South East Asia, South Africa & Latin America. Katherine was also Key Account Manager for Pacific Brands International's largest New Zealand client. Since 2013 Katherine has been the Operations Manager at Prime Mystery shopping co-ordinating all aspects of our mystery shopping business.

Richard Robin - Managing Director

Richard has over 30 years of experience in the automotive sector, starting with the Ford Motor company with various senior roles in Sales and Marketing. Since 2005, Richard has been the principal at Prime Mystery Shopping. Richard has developed Prime Mystery Shopping into a specialist automotive and real estate mystery shopping business, utilising his experience in customer service. He is passionate about improving the customer experience in both automotive and real estate.

Terri Robin

Terri is a qualified Pharmacist with over 30 years of experience in Private and Public Hospital Pharmacy. As a qualified Pharmacist she has an eye for detail and good process. During her years in Hospital she ran Clinical Trials and participated in Accreditation. She project manages our Real Estate division, Prime Open.
