Dennis Rosa - CFO

Dennis joined the Privaira team in September 2013 and has over 30 years of financial experience with various size operations and industries. In his previous position Dennis was responsible for the financial leadership of a company in the onshore transport and logistics sector. Dennis holds a BBA degree from Hofstra University in New York.

Eric Tabor

Eric is a 20 year seasoned leader in private business aviation with proven results in a variety of channels including aircraft management, aircraft acquisitions, charter and organ recovery flights for major transplant centers. He has a solid understanding and experience in all stages of Part 91 and Part 135 aircraft operations. Eric has excellent interpersonal communication skills and consultative selling. He has been a Director of Sales, Director of Charter and Vice President of Sales.

Fred Pollino - COO

With a remarkable journey from Air Traffic Controller to flying Chinook helicopters in the US Army, Fred's expertise shines through his 8000+ flight hours on various aircraft. His dedication during "Operation Enduring Freedom" earned him the Outstanding Wartime Overseas Service award. Fred's wealth of experience, makes him the perfect addition to the Privaira family.

Juan Hincapie

Juan has been responsible for multi-million dollar charter operations, implementing policies and procedures to ensure strict adherence to all FAA Part 135/145/91 requirements. Collaborating with various departments in developing business strategies that continually enhance the company's flight hour productivity and net income. The experience over his 20-year career has been as a Maintenance Operations Manager, Director of Maintenance and General Manager engaging in financial and strategic analysis, establish clear goals and develop company metrics. He also has worked for banks and leasing companies performing technical and condition reports of multi-million dollar assets.

Salvatore A. D'Amico - CEO, President

Sal joined the Privaira team in August 2014, and is responsible has the overall responsibility for creating, planning, implementing and integrating the strategic direction of the organization. Prior as COO, he was responsible for the day to day business of Flight Operations, Maintenance, Dispatch and Material Services at Privaira. Sal brings over 35 years of experience in aviation and project management. He has held senior management positions in 121, 135 and 145 operations and was responsible for the service center of a major OEM. Prior to Privaira, Sal operated his own aviation consultancy firm, and he is a FAA certified licensed A&P.

TJ Hinkle

TJ joined the Privaira team in 2009, and manages Privaira's charter sales team and provides our customers with the highest levels of professionalism, personalized service, precise quoting and planning of charter flights.
