Elaina Dozier

Elaina Dozier is passionate about health and wellness, and brings a wealth of life experience and training to RBD in her role as Office Manager. Elaina has a bachelor's degree from Concordia University in Kinesiology/ Exercise Science. Prior to her academic pursuits at Concordia, she obtained two Associate of Art degrees from St. Paul College, in personal training and massage. Elaina has a busy life, as she continues to work part time as a personal trainer and massage therapist as a complement to her role at RBD. She is a former high school downhill ski racer and college ski instructor. She still enjoys downhill skiing, as well as hiking, biking, kayaking and camping. But she finds her most relaxing endeavor is hanging out with her dog, Tucker, a shepherd mix she was lucky to get as a rescue puppy. Elaina Dozier is passionate about health and wellness, and brings a wealth of life experience and training to Raderstorf, Bey & Dyer in her role as Office Manager. Heather Lindgren

Job Titles:

Heather earned her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Minnesota in 2002 and recently graduated with a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling from St. Cloud State University. For the past twelve years she has worked within Vocational Rehabilitation working directly for State of Minnesota Vocational Rehabilitation Services for 3 years, Liz Jones and Associates for 1 year, Midwest Special Services for 1 ½ year, MRCI Worksource for 3 ½ years, and Trillium Works for 2 ½ years. She has worked in various roles supervising and providing employment services including career exploration, job placement, job coaching, and on-site vocational assessments for both youth and adults with disabilities. These experiences have provided extensive experience within vocational rehabilitation and a deep understanding of the impact that a disability has on employment. She was recognized for her effective impact on people with disabilities by being awarded the Minnesota Rehabilitation Association Job Placement Person of the Year in 2014. Additionally, while supervising employees at Midwest Special Services along with Trillium Works!, she trained employees on best practices for vocational assessments, job placement, business development, and labor market research. Heather Lindgren is excited about joining the RBD team and bringing her vast experience to a forensic role. Heather will provide a full range of services including job placement, vocational evaluations, job coaching, career counseling, and labor market research to individuals with disabilities and those experiencing life changing circumstances. Heather has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in her work and is a valuable addition to our team.

Jennifer Bey

Jen Bey Jennifer Bey has more than twenty years of experience working with individuals with physical, cognitive, and mental health impairments who are engaged in vocational rehabilitation.

Mark Raderstorf

Mark Raderstorf Mark Raderstorf has over thirty years of clinical experience, including assessing and counseling psychiatric and physically disabled patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Mark Raderstorf earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ohio State University and a Master's in Rehabilitation Psychology from Texas Tech University. After relocating to the Twin Cities from Ohio, he started his private practice in 1989, providing personal adjustment counseling, psychological and vocational evaluations, and career counseling. In 1995 Mark Raderstorf founded Behavioral Medical Interventions, Inc. (BMI), a disability management company and national provider of psychiatric and physical disability management services. He then spent fifteen years building BMI, a company focused on helping individuals with disabilities become stable and productive employees. BMI became a national leader in the behavioral health disability and absence management field as Mark was fortunate to surround himself with very talented and energetic professionals. After selling BMI in 2010, Mark enjoyed a sabbatical in Ecuador and returned with a renewed passion for his clinical practice. Mark is now focused on providing vocational and psychological assessments to clients experiencing a major life change due to illness, injury, trauma, or change in marital status. As a complement to these assessments, Mark also provides career counseling, labor market research, disability consultations, threat assessments, and fitness for duty examinations. Mark has lectured locally and nationally on topics related to behavioral health disability management and psychological/ vocational issues in the workplace. He has also authored several peer-reviewed articles that have been published regarding work capability and mental health issues in the workplace. As an adjunct to his clinical practice, Mark contributes to his community through leadership and direct service to several non-profit organizations in the Twin City Area. He is particularly interested in assisting organizations that want to improves the lives of children and youth. Mark has served on the Board of Directors for the Loppet Foundation, a non-profit committed to promoting a healthy, active lifestyle, especially to inner-city youth. Through the Loppet Foundation, he is a cross-country ski coach at Minneapolis Northeast Middle School. He is on the Advisory Board to the Minnesota Urban Debate League, which promotes critical thinking and debate skills to junior high / high school students in Minneapolis and St. Paul City Schools. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Cuban-American Youth Orchestra (CAYO), an Minneapolis based nonprofit that promtes cultural engagement between the US and Cuba through music. Tanya Dyer

Tanya Dyer Tanya Dyer earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Dakota and a Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling from Minnesota State Mankato. Her 10 years of experience at Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute (formally Courage Center) have allowed her to gain extensive experience in in all facets of Vocational Assessment, Counseling, and Transition. As a Vocational Evaluator, Tanya has experience working with individuals with both congenital and acquired disabilities, including people with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, chronic pain diagnoses, and people with Autism. While at Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute (CKRI), Tanya developed and led a transition services programing for young adults designed to help develop skill sets that promote independent living, successful workforce entrance, and attainment of academic goals. Her tenure at CKRI also provided the opportunity to work as the lead Vocational Counselor for the Residential Chronic Pain Rehabilitation Program. Her time with the interdisciplinary care team allowed for a unique insight into the proper care and counseling of individuals with chronic pain. Specifically, she enjoyed helping implement functional and creative plans for injured workers dealing with the impact of chronic pain. Tanya made the transition to private practice in 2018. She now provides a full array of vocational services to Raderstorf, Bey & Dyer (RBD) clients, including vocational assessment, adaptive technology consultation, career counseling, job seeking skills training, and labor market research. Tanya became a partner at RBD in 2020. Tanya Dyer earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Dakota and a Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling from Minnesota State Mankato.
