She has worked in the finance sector, specialising in financial management, corporate tax, risk management and corporate governance. She is also an academic, lecturing and conducting research at UNISA's College of Accounting Science.

Colin Clarke

Colin Clarke is currently Chairman of Benguela Global Fund managers, a South African asset management firm with both equities and fixed income products. Chairman of the Investment Committee of Sizwe Medical Fund. A member of the Board of Directors, Audit and Risk Committee as well as Chairman of the Compensation Committee for Atlatsa Group Resources a dual-listed platinum group minerals company. Formerly Chairman of the Board of Directors for ACPI Investment Managers South Africa, a subsidiary of London based asset management firm operating in the fixed income, equities, special situations and private equities space. He has extensive experience with listed and multinational organisations including BP Amoco, the African America Institute, the National Empowerment Fund in South Africa and the Africa Regional Assistance Electoral Fund, and the Sloan Financial Groups, NAIF, both private equity funds where he served as legal counsel in the former and a partner in the later. Colin has also served as a Chief Investment Officer for Sishen Iron Ore's Community Development Trust and He has also served as a Director for the special projects division of Lonrho Africa Plc. Colin has also served as the Chief Operating Officer of the National Empowerment Fund in South Africa between 2009 and 2010, where he headed the group operations as well as asset management, marketing and communications and strategy and planning. He has many years of international law, private equity and corporate finance experience with multinational organisations such as BP Amoco, where he served as legal counsel in Western Areas (acquisitions department). Colin has also held the position of Deputy Director for Trade and Investment at the African America Institute and Programme Director for the Africa Regional Assistance Electoral Fund, which was, established to assist African countries' transition to democracy.

Dr. Phetole David Sekete

Dr PD Sekete has 33 years medical experience having worked in both public and private hospitals. Dr Sekete has extensive management experience in healthcare, property and environmental health. Dr.Sekete has been running a successful private practice for the last 30 years. In 1995 to 1997 he was responsible for the integration of the Ekurhuleni District clinics with the provincial clinics and hospitals.

Fulu Makwetla

Fulu is an investment professional and entrepreneur passionate about developmental investments, diversity advancement and inclusivity. She was awarded the Outstanding Female Professional award by ABSIP in 2021. She is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Third Way Investment Partners, a specialist investment firm focusing on infrastructure investing. She serves as a director on the board of SAVCA and various Third Way Asset Management Group portfolio companies. She was previously the Investment Manager of the Government Employees Pension Fund (GEPF) - the largest pension fund in Africa, where she served on the Investment Committee of the Pan African Infrastructure Development Fund and represented the GEPF on several advisory boards of Private Equity Funds. Before joining GEPF, Fulu was an Executive and Senior Consultant at RisCura, consulting for Pension Funds, Insurance Companies and Medical schemes in Southern Africa. She was an employer-elected trustee of the RisCura Provident Fund. She started her career at RMB Asset Management and has over 18 years of industry experience.

Quinton Zunga - CEO, Founder

Quinton Zunga is the founder and current chief executive officer of RH Bophelo. Prior to this, he was co-founder and executive director of Arkein Capital Partners. Quinton has sixteen years of high-level business experience, which includes twelve years of professional experience at senior levels in investment banking and four years private equity experience.

Romeo Makhubela

Romeo is the co-founder and CEO of Zava Financial Services Pty Ltd, the controlling shareholder of All Weather Capital Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Third Way Group, and has 25 years of investment experience. Romeo is the former CEO of Vunani Fund Managers; he joined the business in July 2011 from a newly merged MMI asset management business where he was the head of Portfolio Management and Executive Director. He was previously the Chief Investment Officer at Metropolitan Asset Managers (METAM), responsible for asset allocation, portfolio construction, and the group's investment strategy. Before that role, he was the Senior Portfolio Manager at Stanlib Asset Management within the MultiAsset and Core Equity franchises. He also managed portfolios for clients in Namibia and Swaziland and was the co-manager of the Stanlib Wealth Builder. He has a B Com and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, a Masters in Finance and Investment from Wits Business School, and a Master of Philosophy in Development Finance from the University of Stellenbosch Business School.

Samson Moraba - Chairman

Prior to his new appointment as Lead Independent Non-Executive Director at RH Bophelo, Samson Moraba was the Chief Executive Officer of the National Housing Finance Corporation (NHFC), from 1999 until his retirement in 2020. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Banking from UNISA, as well as a Certificate in Program Management Development (PMD) from Harvard Business School.

Yondie Metu - CFO

Yondie Metu was appointed Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer effective 1 December 2023. Ms Metu has a Bachelor of Accounting and Honours in Accounting from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 17 years of working experience. She has worked in various executive-level financial leadership capacities for multiple companies, in reporting, continually revamping and improving processes and internal controls and managing staff to achieve dynamic results. She has held numerous senior Board memberships and is a non-executive director of Combined Motor Holdings Limited, which is listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
