ROBERT V. GLASER

Since 2005, Robert V. Glaser has been involved in numerous lawsuits relating to the investments made by the MapleWood Funds. 20 lawsuits were filed that related primarily to an investment made in 2000 by the MapleWood Funds in a company called AMC Computer. Of these 20 lawsuits, the vast majority, 18 lawsuits to be exact, were initiated by one of the MapleWood Funds' investors, Casita, L.P. ("Casita"), and its affiliated investment entity, Eugenia VI Venture Holdings, Ltd. ("Eugenia"). 2 lawsuits were filed by other parties involved with AMC Computer...
