Chalermpon, born in Buri Ram in Thailand has gone thru two challenging Studies in Switzerland and graduated as a Bachelor in Hotel Management and as a Master of Science in Facility Management. He is the operational expert in the team. During his studies he went thru several internships, working in a hotel industry and collected valuable experiences in umpteen fields in the hotel industry and in general businesses. Chalermpon has a high level of emotional intelligence and social competence.

Rainer started his professional career as a coach and trainer of the Swiss National Ski Team. He worked for national companies like Migros (Retail), Swisscom (Telecom) and international firms like Völkl (sporting goods manufacturer), Georg Fischer (Piping Systems), and Cablecom (TV and internet). As an Event and Sponsoring Manager, Product and Project Manager, Distribution and Sales Manager, Marketing and Communication Manager, and as General Manager he collected extensive experiences in all marketing and business relevant fields. Rainer is a hands-on pragmatic leader with a high level of emotional intelligence and social competence. He holds a master in Business Administration and Marketing from the "Grauduate School of Business Administration" in Zurich and the "University of Wales" in Cardiff.
