Craig Owen established Santiang Exports in 2005 as a foreign-owned Indonesian export company to provide a solid bridge of communication, experience, relationships and trust between global markets for Sumatran coffees... In the local language, Santiang means "Excellent, Unique, Clever, Guaranteed Winner." We deliver excellent coffees from unique origins through the clever combination of Americans working with local farmers using ag-business and chemical engineering to produce a guaranteed winner... At Santiang Exports, we care about the farmer and the end buyer. We work alongside Sumatran coffee farmers to introduce better methods, create links to markets, and facilitate trusted Sumatran coffee sourcing at better prices for all.
