His most recent undertaking for Shaheen Development was the Dow Corning Business Services Center in Bay City. Al's memberships include the American Institute of Architects, International Facility Management Association and the Chartered Institute of Building. He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Peter Shaheen, vice president of the firm, leads the teams and the processes that produce our projects, from land acquisition and the many stages of construction to ribbon-cutting and occupancy. Peter's education in engineering and business is reflected in his attention to detail regarding safety, quality, productivity, and aesthetics.
