As the founder and managing attorney of Shipwash Law Firm, Tennille M. Shipwash has successfully been litigating cases throughout the State of Florida in both State and Federal Courts. Ms. Shipwash has over a dozen years of experience in Community Association Law, Real Estate Law, Bankruptcy & Creditor Rights Law, Financial Institutional Law, Construction Defect Litigation, and Hurricane Damage. Ms. Shipwash is admitted to practice law in Florida and Georgia. She is admitted to the US District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern District of Florida and the US Bankruptcy Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern District of Florida. After law school, Ms. Shipwash attended St. John's University Law School and earned an advanced Legal Masters Degree (LL.M) in Bankruptcy Law. Ms. Shipwash is one of the few attorneys in the State of Florida that was awarded this rigorous degree. Ms. Shipwash has as represented community associations in all facets of general representation and collections, including but not limited to turnover and construction related disputes, covenant enforcement, amendment drafting, meeting attendance, arbitration before the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobiles Homes, lien foreclosures, and corporate governance. As a state approved instructor, Ms. Shipwash provides education and training at no cost for managers, board members, and the community on a variety of subjects that impact Community Association law. It is her mission to provide concise, straightforward, and cost-effective representation to her clients. Ms. Shipwash prides herself on the relationships her team builds with the clients.
