Charlie Shumaker is a business lawyer with strong background in real estate development and corporate management. Charlie's real estate practice includes the redevelopment of the Old Bank District and subdivision and commercial projects in San Francisco and San Diego. In the corporate area, Charlie also represents funding platforms, particularly in the hospitality and food sectors. Emanuel Orlando focuses his practice on representing clients in emerging technologies including blockchain, cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence satellite technologies, online and console gaming, VR/AR products, robotics.
