Simmens Building of Indian River, Inc. is a three-generation, family owned business specializing in custom home construction and quality renovations. The three principals, Joe, Joe, and Robb, are each University of Florida graduates and licensed Florida General Contractors. After building more than 500 homes in the Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando, and Tampa areas, each of the family members settled in Vero Beach and continues to build the kind of trusted relationships reminiscent of "small-town" America.
