I believe that all humans, regardless of their age or experience, are born with the ability to heal. In order to find this strength, sometimes it takes an outside perspective. Through my extensive experience in relationship counselling, anger management therapy, and life transition care, I've learned that while no two reasons for needing help are the same, they all can benefit from having someone to listen... It can be a great relief to share your worries and fears with someone who acknowledges your feelings and is able to help you reach a positive solution.
