Andrea Klein - CMO

Andrea Klein is the Director of Marketing. She joined Smash My Trash in June 2024. Mrs. Klein has more than 15 years of diverse marketing experience ranging from Brand to Account Based Marketing. Prior to Smash, she held roles of increasing responsibility at two Fortune 100 Companies, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and Cardinal Health. Mrs. Klein has a BASc from Ohio University and an MBA from Franklin University.

Brian Reeve - CFO, COO

Brian Reeve is the Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer for Smash Franchise Partners, LLC. He joined the company in June 2021 and leads the finance and technology teams. Prior to Smash Franchise Partners, LLC., Mr. Reeve served as CFO for Hotel Capital, LLC, a private equity hospital investment bank. He has also held leading financial roles for HDG Mansur, Citimark, Lauth Property Group, and The Pritsker Corporation. Mr. Reeve has a BA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Chuck Adams

Chuck Adams is the Chief Revenue Officer for Smash Franchise Partners, LLC. He joined the company in September 2021. Mr. Adams has 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur and sales leader for companies ranging from dot.com startups to hyper-growth SMBS and Fortune 50 companies. Previously, he was SVP of Sales for High Level Marketing, a 100-person Google Premier Partner digital agency. He also owns several Smash My Trash franchises. Mr. Adams has a BS from the University of Alabama.

Greg Solorio

Greg is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, environmental recycling, and collection. He has a proven track record of success in growing start-up companies to the point of acquisition. Throughout his successful entrepreneurial journey, he has cultivated an extensive network of corporate partners and investors. Greg's approach to business is one that focuses on making the world a more sustainable place by utilizing the latest technology and innovative thinking to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Hugh Lee

Hugh Lee is Vice President of National Sales for Smash Franchise Partners, LLC. He joined the company in September 2021. Mr. Lee is a top-producing sales leader with 23 years of sustained sales and management experience across a diverse set of organizations. Previously, he held sales leadership roles at Viincari, PeriGen Electronic Fetal Monitoring, and GE Healthcare. He is also an owner of a Smash My Trash franchise. Mr. Lee has an MBA and a BS from the University of Alabama.

John Loveys

John Loveys is Vice President of National Sales for Smash Franchise Partners, LLC. He joined the company in April 2022. Mr. Loveys has more than 25 years of experience as a corporate executive, entrepreneur, and sales leader. Prior to Smash Franchise Partners, LLC., he served as President & CEO of CleanSlate, VP of Sales for Preferred Partner, and a sales executive for IBM. Mr. Loveys has a BS from McMaster University.

Justin Haskin - CEO, Founder

Justin Haskin is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Smash Franchise Partners, LLC. He co-founded Smash My Trash in 2015, and formed Smash Franchise Partners, LLC in 2018. Mr. Haskin has an undergraduate degree from Macalester College, and an MBA and Master's of Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Paul Nejezchleb

Paul Nejezchleb is the Vice President of Operations. He joined Smash My Trash in January 2021 and leads business operations in multiple states. Mr. Nejezchleb has more than 20 years of experience in the recycling and waste management industries. Prior to Smash, he held leadership and managerial roles with Mervis Industries and Heritage Interactive Services. Mr. Nejezchleb has a BS from Miami University of Ohio.

Rene Solorio
