Stallion Trust & Administration Company (STAC) Limited was incorporated on November 2011, as a wholly Ghanaian owned limited liability company in accordance with Ghana's Company Code 1973. The company was issued its license to operate as corporate trustee in April 2012 by the National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA), in accordance with the National Pensions Act 2008, (Act 766).
