Creator of some of the core content of Spaitaljustice.org, including toolbox tutorials. Jonathan works in Seattle on a wide range of GIS and spatial analysis projects and specializes in projects related to housing, property tax records, US Census and other demographic data.
Currently involved with GIS analysis in support of alternative energy projects and wind power. Stephen has many years experience teaching GIS at the University of Washington.
