Chad Crookes is a real estate veteran and brings over 20 years of real estate experience to Statewide. Chad has been involved in all areas of real estate. Including 12 years as a mortgage broker having owned and operated a successful brokerage firm. His specialty involves all distressed real estate, including REO/Bank-owned, foreclosures, short sales, probate/estate, auctions, and investment properties. Chad has successfully closed thousands of transactions for clients. Also has rehabbed and flipped countless properties of his own. Currently he runs a team of 5 agents in CT and FL and continues to expand.

Diane Mitchell

Diane Mitchell has been licensed in real estate since January, 2002. An REO specialist, she specializes in bank-owned properties including property management, evictions, rekeys, trash-outs and rehabs. Her contractor network provides bids and repairs quickly so that properties can be listed and marketed to minimize days on market. BPOs, property inspections, occupancy reports are done within 48 hours. Monthly reports with updated photos and agent feedback are submitted on time. Once a property is under contract, Diane works closely with the buyer's agent, lender and attorney or title company to avoid delays and close on time.

Kelly D'Anna

Kelly D'Anna joined Statewide Premier Properties in 2017 and is the proud partner in Team D'Anna. She's been a resident of Newington for 40 years and a business owner in town for the past 5 years. Kelly, her husband and three children also spend a good part of the year at their home in Old Saybrook by the beach. She is equally versed in listings and sales and confidently represent both the buyer and the seller. Kelly is very knowledgeable with selling and buying HUD homes and enjoys working with investors. Ideally, she enjoys working in the areas of Hartford and Middlesex counties, but is willing to go anywhere to assist in her clients' needs. His experience with people and business has helped him excel in Real Estate while his honesty and hard work has helped him to build lifelong relationships.

Robin Soboleski-Boutin

Robin Soboleski is a dedicated professional that truly enjoys what she does, and it shows in her results. She prides herself with quick response time, whether it be taking or returning your call, text or email. She goes above and beyond to help and support her clients whether it is Selling or Buying. She is a 16+ year licensed professional with knowledge of all areas of the Real Estate market. This knowledge and experience include traditional retail sales, short sale and foreclosures. Her focus and negotiation skill results in her clients receiving the best terms and price possible whether buying or selling. Robin is a native of Central Connecticut but spent her first five years in real estate within Northeastern Connecticut. She now focuses in the Central Connecticut area and has been able to take that experience and understanding of different parts of the state to be a better informed Real Estate agent. Robin has accomplished a lot over the past 13+ years and now is going to use that knowledge to continue to grow at Statewide Premier Properties!
