Erika has 20 years of experience in all aspects of the hospitality and vacation rental business from housekeeping, front desk, reservations, group sales, software conversions, phone technologies and overseeing and implementing our sales and marketing. This depth of knowledge helps provide the rental management team with guidance, mentoring, customer service and problem solving. One of the best compliments to receive is "Thank you for a wonderful vacation and we truly loved the area and our experience while on vacation" - this is what our goal for all StayWinterPark guests and owners to share with us.
Stay Winter Park is excited to expand our personnel to include a focus on Owner Services. Katie Petersen has been on board with us in Guest Services for over a year and is ready to branch out to being in service to our owner's requests and needs for their vacation rental.
Katie's schedule for May will be Wednesday through Sunday to assist you over the weekends better.

Shannon's introduction to vacation rentals began as a child visiting a beach house near Mystic, CT. Sea level to ski level life changes found her in Winter Park by 1995. Cleaning condos by day and checking guests in at night evolved into broadening her knowledge of property management company operations - from reservations, group sales, owner relations, accounting, homeowner association administration, including timeshare resorts. The fond memories of short-term renting and the love for Grand County carry through to her present days as the VP of Rental Operations for Stay Winter Park.
Shannon's management theory for vacation rental is in part about wellness.
