Alex is a RICS Registered Valuer with more than ten years of experience in the commercial sector.
Andrew joined Stratton Creber Commercial in 2001 having previously worked in the Exeter and South West commercial property market since 1984. He is active within the business space and industrial sectors specialising in both agency matters and development advice.
Chris has been with Stratton Creber Commercial since 2003 completing a Masters degree in Real Estate and Business Management at the University of the West of England in 2004.

Chris joined the Agency department of Stratton Creber Commercial in January 2005. He was appointed as a director in 2012 and is now the Managing Director of Plymouth.
Over 25 years experience of agency and professional work in Commercial property throughout the Westcountry.
Specialising in the disposal and acquisition of shops and offices in Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. Damian enjoys the social aspect of the business and in particular rugby, tennis and lunch.
Emily is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer specialising in the valuation of commercial property. Emily joined Stratton Creber Commercial in February 2021, having worked and qualified in the West Country since graduating in 2016.
Outside of work Emily enjoys spending time outside, sailing, kitesurfing and watching Exeter Chiefs.

In her spare time, she enjoys heading off in her campervan exploring and relaxing.
Jody joined Stratton Creber Commercial in 2018 having previously worked for a firm of solicitors for 15 years. Jody contributes to the smooth running of the office by providing support to various departments.
Jonathan has been working as a surveyor in Exeter since 2000, and joined Stratton Creber Commercial in 2005. He specialises in property disposals, acquisitions and negotiations in the office and industrial sectors, and also deals with valuation work, being a RICS Registered Valuer.

Coming from a background in extensive commercial banking, Mike joined the company in 2005.
Mike joined the company in 2007 and is a RICS Registered Valuer and the Director responsible for Professional Services, specialising in Landlord & Tenant matters relating to all types of commercial property across the south west together with Valuation Advice for both secured and non-secured lending purposes.
Mike is a keen sportsman and particularly enjoys football, cricket and badminton. He has previously undertaken the conversion of a former church in Exeter and has travelled to over 35 countries.

Sarah joined Stratton Creber Commercial in 2016 having previously worked for a privately owned group of companies based in London who were commercial property owners and managers with investment services.
Stephen has been within the commercial property field in Plymouth and broader West Country for more than 30 years, specialising in industrial development and agency, valuations, landlord and tenant and, latterly, a specialism in ports and commercial waterside.
Stephen's experience and professional contacts have resulted in wide and diverse benefits and profitability for existing and new clients.
