Both Mr. Sumsion and Mr. Crandall continue to represent diverse clients from across the state, but now are able to do it from a base within their own community. Mr. Crandall's practice is focused on business, tax, and estate planning. This includes representation of clients in a wide variety of transactions, as well as counseling regarding the formation of various business and estate entities (trusts, corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, charitable foundations, etc.). Mr. Sumsion is experienced in various forms of dispute resolution. These include litigation of business and personal disputes, resolution of employment disputes, and mediation and arbitration in all manner of disagreements.
