A passionate relationship builder, Allie brings new campaigns and candidates into the TFC universe as the Campaign Director. She previously managed the voter engagement program at Democracy Works, helping partners leverage civc technology to mobilize their communities and increase voter turnout. Between calls with campaigns, Allie spends her winters enjoying the Green Mountains and her summers exploring the shores of Lake Champlain.

, a native of Peru, is a social worker, public administrator, and representative in the Virginia House of Delegates. In 2017, Guzman became the first Hispanic immigrant woman ever elected to the Virginia House of Delegates and in 2018 she delivered the Spanish-language response to the State of the Union address. She currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the Education Committee, the Chair of the Social Services Subcommittee of the Health, Welfare, and Institutions Committee, and on the Labor and Commerce Committee.
Gina is CEO of Tech for Campaigns. She joined TFC in 2022, leading TFC's voter turnout initiative. She advises early stage mission-driven start-ups on strategic growth and prior to TFC was a founding member of Blueland, where she was CMO. Gina received her MBA from Harvard Business School and undergraduate degrees in Economics and Political Science from Stanford University.
Greg Dale is CEO of Tech for Campaigns. After beginning his career in investment management at J.P. Morgan and First Republic, Greg worked as a product manager and account executive at Chartboost, a mobile ad platform, and was the Founding Business Lead at Myra Labs, which focuses on bringing artificial intelligence to customer care. Greg holds a BA from UC San Diego.
Ian Ferguson is an entrepreneur and a designer in equal measure. Both analyst and artist, he believes that good design and tactical business objectives are inseparable. He currently develops software and user experiences for emerging brands in both the technology and non-profit sectors through his own creative studio, Res Facta. From 2011-2016, he oversaw product and brand development as a founder of Kitchit, a marketplace connecting diners with professional chefs for full-service, at-home dining. Prior to Kitchit, Ian was a Consultant at Bain & Co. and earned a BA at Yale and an MBA from Stanford.
Jena Griswold is Colorado's 39th Secretary of State and the youngest Secretary of State in the country. In 2019, Griswold spearheaded and passed into law, one of the largest democracy reform packages in the nation. This year, she is a leading voice in expanding mail ballots to every eligible American. In 2018, Jena was elected as the first Democratic Secretary of State in Colorado since 1958, the first democratic woman Secretary of State in Colorado's history, and only the 10th woman in Colorado's history to hold current statewide constitutional office.

Jennifer Carroll Foy is running for election to the Virginia State Senate to represent District 33. She is the former Democratic candidate for Governor in Virginia and served in the House of Delegates from 2018-2020. During her time in the legislature, Jennifer led the way on the Equal Rights Amendment, proudly supported the successful fight to expand Medicaid to 400,000 Virginians, and passed a budget that includes a 3% salary increase for teachers and a 2% salary increase for law enforcement officers in the Commonwealth.

Jessica was most recently CEO of Tech For Campaigns, having founded the organization in 2017. Prior, she was Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at Social Capital, a leading venture capital and investment firm and was Cofounder & CEO of FounderDating (acquired by OneVest), the LinkedIn for entrepreneurs. Jessica led Business Development and was GM of Platforms at Bebo (acquired by AOL for $850M). She is an advisor to several companies, sits on the board of the A. Alfred Taubman Institute at the University of Michigan and was recently named one of the 100 Most Creative People in Business by Fast Company. She holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from University of Michigan and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Jessica is a software engineer for TFC with an emphasis on data. She is focused on building tools that help campaigns learn quickly and make effective choices. Prior to joining TFC, Jessica had a decade of experience building products for applied math and data applications, first as a staff engineer at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and then as a data scientist at an educational nonprofit. She holds a Master of Information and Data Science from UC Berkeley.

Joe Lockhart served as White House Press Secretary during President Bill Clinton's administration. In addition, Joe served as communications advisor and press secretary for several politicians and presidential candidates. Joe co-founded the Glover Park Group and later served as a senior advisor to John Kerry during his 2004 presidential campaign. Joe has held senior positions at Facebook and at the NFL. Joe is currently co-host of Words Matter podcast and a CNN political analyst.

Mike Collier served as an advisor in Texas to the Biden for President campaign, and on Biden's National Finance Committee and the Biden Economic Policy Council. He made Texas history in 2018 by coming closer than any Democrat in 20 years to being elected Lt. Governor of Texas. He was the 2014 Democratic Nominee for Texas Comptroller and served as Finance Chair of the Texas Democratic Party.
Mayor Mike Johnston is a Colorado native who started his career as a school teacher in the Mississippi Delta, an experience that inspired him to write his award-winning book "In the Deep Heart's Core." Shortly after, he came home to Colorado to address educational inequities as a school principal, leading three different schools in the Denver metro area. Additionally, he served as a Senior Advisor to President Obama during his presidential campaign and transition. He was then elected to the Colorado State Senate serving two terms representing Northeast Denver, and went on to serve as the CEO of Gary Community Ventures, a local philanthropic organization. As Mayor, he is committed to transforming Denver into America's best city by delivering a city that is vibrant, affordable, and safe for everyone.
Pete Kazanjy is a serial founder, and seasoned early stage Saas executive, advisor, and investor. Pete founded TalentBin, a category-defining talent search engine and recruiting CRM, which exited to Monster Worldwide in early 2014. Pete is passionate about HR tech, marketplaces, and tech-enabled sales and sales operations. Prior to TalentBin, Pete worked in product marketing and product at VMware, having graduated from Stanford in 2002.
Ping leads the in-house technology projects that help us scale up our effectiveness and impact. He came to TFC with a long history working as a software engineer, usability professional, and technologist in politics, elections, disaster response, and humanitarian relief. While at Google.org, he cofounded the Google Crisis Response team, and he has been to the field with MSF (Doctors Without Borders) in countries facing Ebola epidemics and political insecurity. Ping has a BASc from the University of Waterloo and a PhD in Computer Science from UC Berkeley, where he was part of the technical team commissioned by the California Secretary of State to perform a security review of the state's electronic voting machines.

Representative Anna V. Eskamani previously served as the Senior Director of Public Affairs and Communications for Planned Parenthood of Southwest and Central Florida and is a PhD student studying Public Affairs at the University of Central Florida. On November 6, 2018 Anna was elected to serve the great people of House District 47 with a vote margin of 57% to 43%, flipping a legislative seat, and becoming the first Iranian-American elected to any public office in Florida.

Rep. Charles Booker successfully ran for State House in Kentucky in 2018, becoming the youngest African American in the house in over 90 years, where he fought for common sense gun safety reform, prescription drug cost relief, voter protection and restoration, in support of labor unions, for economic justice, against racial injustice and more. Dr. James Beverly has represented Georgia's 143rd District in Macon since 2011 and currently serves as Minority Leader of Georgia House of Representatives Democratic Caucus. Kristen McDonald Rivet is a member of the Michigan State Senate and won one of the most competitive to flip the Michigan Senate Blue in 2022. Senator Scott Wiener represents San Francisco and northern San Mateo County in the California State Senate.
