Neil Henderson is an experienced corporate communications professional and specialises in training leaders in presentation and speechmaking. He has worked for global brands such as Visa, Mastercard, Dow Chemical, McDonald's, Samsung, Nintendo, Pfizer, and Zurich Insurance. He has led crisis teams for product recalls, fatalities, executive misconduct, DOJ fines, corporate accidents, and terrorist attacks. He has worked as a Head of Media Relations and Head of Communications both in-house and for agencies. He has recently focused on the healthcare and pharma industries and is based in Zurich and London. Neil is a former journalist with the BBC and ITN and has produced and reported on global news stories from 1996 to 2008. He holds a British broadcasting record of being the youngest football commentator on BBC Television at the age of 16.

Tim Reid is a former BBC Political Correspondent who covered all the major historic moments at Westminster in recent years - interviewing Prime Ministers, Presidents, Secretaries of State, and scores of politicians from all parties and nations. As a senior BBC News correspondent, Tim reported for all BBC TV and radio news programmes and for BBC News Online. He began his journalistic career in newspapers where he reported for both tabloid and broadsheet publications including The Herald, Scotsman, Daily Record, Daily Mirror, and The Sun. After leaving the BBC, he spent two years as Director of Communications for a leading environmental law group, before founding a London-based public relations agency. Tim handles media relations for a range of global businesses in the environment and tech sectors, and uses his extensive experience as a broadcast journalist and communications professional to train senior leaders how to present themselves and their organisations to best effect and how to get their messages across in a memorable and effective manner.

Zara Janjua is an inspirational speaker, broadcaster, actor, comedian and writer. She presents on live TV and radio shows on the BBC and ITV. She was recently recognised in the Women Of The Future Awards, and as impact Freelancer of The Year 2023. Zara is an accomplished key note speaker on conference stages around the world. She was shortlisted for the Scottish Comedian of The Year Awards; performs comedy on BBC and ITV shows; writes sitcoms and sketches; and performs political satire on BBC's "Noising Up". Zara has worked for The Guardian, and The New York Times and is a regular columnist at The Sun. She was part of the award-winning production team at ITV's "This Morning" and has won TV industry awards for her work as a producer.She has worked on films, including "What's Love?" with Emma Thompson and Lily James.
