Experience with - UNIX and Linux Systems Administration, Storage Area Network (SAN) administration on Brocade and Cisco fabrics, Fibre Channel (FC) and Network Attached (NAS) Storage Array administration of vendors including DellEMC, HPE, IBM, Hitachi, Netapp, and others. Experience with installing, managing, and customizing DellEMC Storage Reporting and Monitoring platform.
Barbara has been in the IT field for over 21 years in the roles of metrics reporting, billing, scheduling, order processing, quality assurance and customer service. Before TGS, she has held various positions at Allegiance Telecom, Sprint, Embarq, and Centurylink. Barbara currently leads several Microsoft and Connectwise tasks, with focuses in project coordination and billing.
Barbara enjoys spending time with her daughter, painting, cooking, taking walks, and exploring the metaphysical world.

Benjamin is a graduate from Western Governor's University, and brings over 12 years of experience in a variety of government, public, and private sector positions. In his 3+ years at TGS, he has provided expertise in VMware infrastructure and VDI; and enjoys optimizing customer's operations with bespoke automation.
Brent has 10 years of IT industry experience. A graduate of the University of Phoenix and Centriq Training (Systems Administration and Security), Brent has held Support Technician, Systems Admin, Consultation, and Solutions Architect roles at TGS over the past 3+ years. He has experience with HFC and Wireless network troubleshooting, and end user escalation point for the KC area's leading service provider, and has spent 5 years as a group lead in a dynamic logistics environment responsible for departmental production for 50+ person teams.
Carl Isenburg has been delivering IT services for over twenty years. He built and ran services teams for infrastructure domains including storage, data protection, inter-site migrations, converged & hyperconverged platforms, and cloud transitions. He brings administrative experience with operating systems, networks, and virtualization to a project management competency. This allows him to challenge assumptions and drive for quality in a manner unusual in a project manager.
His experience leading projects and teams at large and global customers has given Carl an appreciation for automation & repeatability and taught him to seek out silos and disconnected teams. Carl has proven proficiency with many project methods and tools (modern and historical) to control work, ensure preparation, and display progress.

Colby has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology and Cyber Security. Colby began his career by serving 10 years in the US Navy as a Cryptologist and helping to build the Navy's Computer Network Defense capability. After leaving the Navy, Colby went on to work at Cisco as an Advanced Services Solutions Architect specializing in advanced security technologies. His experience with NAC systems goes back to 2004 with Cisco's NAC Framework and evolved throughout the years with NAC Appliance and now Identity Services Engine (ISE). In his 12 years at Cisco, he consulted with countless customers across the Intelligence Community, DoD, Global Service Provider, and Enterprise markets.

Starting as a Unix administrator in the year 2000, Dustin career in Unix/Linux lead him down an early path of automation and orchestration as the business world embraced "virtualization" in the early 2000's. Working for larger enterprises, he was early to see the need for these technologies and understood how the "cloud" would be the next platform of change that would drive business initiatives.
Dustin's "journey to the cloud" over the past two decades has helped him bring knowledge and insight to our customers from the beginning of the journey. Using platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure, Dustin has helped many companies transition and complete their cloud journey.

James has 20+ years as a Network Engineer. He started his career provisioning T1 circuits for financial data feeds, then hit the road for 6 years traveling across the country configuring core data center switches at various ISP's. James also spent 10 years at a large financial institution as a Data Center Network Engineer helping design and implement multiple redundant Data Centers. James has been with TGS for over 5 years, assisting customers with their network related needs as well as security, storage and cloud technologies.
James has over 25 years in the IT industry in various roles in operations, engineering, design and architecture for companies T-Mobile, Sprint, Cisco, and TxDPS.
Education and Certifications: M.S.I.T degree, Network Architecture and Design Bachelor of Science degree; General Business degree. Joseph brings over 20 years of experience to TGS. Starting in IT as a System Administrator, he has grown into consulting and management roles over the years. Joseph joined the team as a Managed Service Engineer and has grown into his role as a technical consultant, providing implementations of various technology solutions to customers.
Joe has over 6 years of industry experience, with a background in Cisco networking, routing and switching, firewalls and security. Prior to TGS, he was an Internal Infrastructure Engineer at SelectQuote Ins., and Sprint/Pinsight. Joe has been with TGS for over year, specializing in delivering Cisco networking and security solutions: routers, switches, firewalls & management (Firepower) and Cisco Identity Services.
Matthew has over 25 years of Project Management experience in Technology, with the majority of that time with Sprint and Bank of America. He excels at managing projects with varying degrees of complexity for TGS clients.
Education and Certifications:Certified Project Manger through PMI (PMP), Bachelors Degree in the Science of Management from Baker University, Masters' Certification in Project Management from George Washington University
Michael has a knack for methodically tackling complex IT infrastructure challenges. With his 15 year experience in the industry, Michael has a diverse skill set that includes; networking, server, storage, virtualization, security, Microsoft platforms and disaster recovery technologies. Focusing his career into Microsoft products and virtualization early on, he has been successful with the email transition to the cloud from on-premises Exchange to Microsoft O365. Michael most recently took on the challenge of migrating 8,000 + O365 users into a much larger, 35,000 user environment.
From AD migrations, cloud migrations, MDM solutions, email transition and the virtualization platforms that support those initiatives, Michael has spent the last 15 years helping customers solve the business challengers that move the business forward. His track record of the success has made him an asset to the TGS team.

Nathan Thomas has been working in the IT industry for over a decade bringing his unique perspective to customers across the country. He has sold, implemented, supported, and upgraded numerous storage, compute, virtualization, and application platforms. He has been with TGS since 2015 fulfilling a variety of roles and responsibilities as TGS's leadership in the marketplace expanded. He holds HPE's highest certification for Storage Architecture and Design, is a Certified AWS Cloud Practitioner, and holds a variety of other sales and technical certifications.
Nathan brings a depth of understanding of both business and technical drivers in organizations and is passionate about providing customers an opportunity to achieve the best possible technology and business outcomes.
Nathan is an avid fisherman and hopes to one day spend more days on a rivers and streams than he does off them.

Uriah McHaffie has over 25 years in the IT industry in various technical and leadership roles. Prior to taking on the role of VP of Information Security, Uriah joined TGS as a Principal Security Solutions Architect. He held systems engineering positions at Arista Networks, Cisco, Dell SonicWALL, and others before TGS.
