Our Mission at The Classy Cruet is to bring our customers the freshest and highest quality Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars from around the world. Our belief is that once our customers experience the variety of flavors and the quality of our products, they will enthusiastically incorporate these flavorful, healthy oils and vinegars into their daily lives... Located at Hope Ferry Center in Lexington, SC and at 223 Columbia Avenue, Chapin, SC (adjacent to Catch 22) our shop walls are lined with large, stainless steel drums known as fusti, which protect and supply the great variety of unique flavors of oils and vinegars. We offer our customers the opportunity to experience some of the finest, award-winning 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oils, both whole fruit- and herb-fused olive oils, and traditional balsamic vinegars from select artisans around the world.
