Aaran Daniel is an experienced Property Director, having managed acquisitions and developments for over 28 years. Those properties include W.J.Daniel & Company Ltd, Daniel Pension Fund Ltd, Lynwood Ealing Property Investment Company Ltd, Gramdale Property Investment Company Ltd, Daniel Property Investment Company Ltd. In that time he has built a property portfolio valued at over £50 million.
An expert in the acquisition and redevelopment of prime residential and retail space, his tenants portfolio includes: HSBC, Lloyds bank, SuperDry, River Island, NatWest, Boots, The Gap Inc., Monsoon, Starbucks, KFC, YO! Sushi, The Gym Group, In Health group, and Betfred. Having project managed the Phase 1 and II redevelopments of Daniel Department Store in Windsor in the UK, Aaran is excited now to partner with another British investor, Craig Binks, to oversee his latest endeavour, "The Ivy Jomtien Beach" development project.
Mr Pornchai Rojsattarat is the Financial Director of Daniel Binks Development Company.
Based in Pattaya, Thailand, Pornchai is a Bachelor of Accounting, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Thailand Federation of Accounting Professionals.
Pornchai has worked for several prestigious organisations during his career, including KPMG and several major property development companies in Pattaya, such as Global Top Group, Siam Oriental Condo Group and Ta Hoe Glory Co Limited. He is the owner of Pattya Business Works Co., Ltd and he and his staff are providing a full range of accounting and strategic advisory services to the Daniel Binks Development Company throughout the development of this exciting new project.
