We are pleased to announce the opening of The Heart Clinic, a new cardiac testing service in the south east of Ireland. Our aim is to increase capacity in the healthcare system. We want to provide all patients with an enhanced level of cardiac services through easy direct access, reduced waiting times and top quality facilities... Owens Cardiology is a speciality cardiology practice based in Waterford, Ireland. We provide a wide range of diagnostic tests at The Heart Clinic in the Williamstown Centre (beside WLRfm). We also provide a range of consultant cardiology and screening services. The practice is owned and managed by Dr Owens, a Consultant Cardiologist based at University Hospital Waterford and UPMC Whitfield.
