Karen Wright-Fairley, JD, president of The Wright One, Inc. has over 15 years experience working with organizations in both Ohio and North Carolina. She has conducted numerous workshops and trainings on varied topics to include; mentoring, domestic violence, volunteer training, grant writing, strategic planning, team building, program development, women's empowerment, and at-risk youth, just to name a few.
