For the past 15 years, Fadi has collaborated in a wide range of projects that through innovative educational, methods, training approaches and cultural activities, aim to enhance transversal dialogue between populations, religions and languages. His utmost desire and a constant objective is to serve.
Prior to joining the John C. Maxwell curriculum and The Success Core, he has accumulated extended experience in various industries and institutions as a technician and trainer including: Tourism, Logistics, Museums and Wealth Associations, Translation and Corporate language training.
After receiving a masters degree in Egyptology / Music Archaeology from the University of Montpellier in 2003, he became a Cultural Project Coordinator at the Marseille Archaeology Museum where he conceived and managed various projects concerning the transmission and valorisation of the knowledge of history. He also contributed to a number of initiatives aiming to train and mentor teaching staffs on how to create ties between the human wealth, especially archaeological wealth, and environmental and economic resources.

Murad graduated from the The University of Salford, U.K. with a degree in Electronics Engineering (B.Sc.) and has 3 decades experience in different Leadership roles in the Oil & Gas service industry.

With an education in politics and international relations, a career in marketing and communications, and a passion for education and personal development, Sarah feels she has finally found her true calling in life. As the newest member to the John Maxwell Team at The Success Core, she's a true testament to the power of getting to know oneself in driving success. In a matter of a few months Sarah made the bold decision to take complete control of her future and put her skills, knowledge and experience to the test by using it to help others, especially teenagers and young adults.
