Amanda Dukeminier is a Senior Manager on the Digital Assets Fund Accounting team. Amanda has spent 10 years in the fund administration space focusing primarily on Venture Capital and Digital Asset funds. She earned her B.S. in Economics from Oregon State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Brandon Patronaggio is a Senior Manager on the Fund Accounting Team, focused on Hedge Funds and Private Equity. He earned his B.S. degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University in 1999. Over the last 20 years, Brandon has held various management roles in fund administration and reporting, with previous positions at Franklin Templeton and SS&C ALPS. He has extensive experience with mutual fund and hedge fund accounting.

Brett Swanson is Head of Financial Reporting at Theorem Fund Services. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Portland before starting his career in the finance industry as a compliance consultant and auditor for over 4 years at Ashland Partners LLC. Brett then moved to fund administration where he has managed a team performing all GAAP and IFRS financial statement preparation for hedge funds and other investment vehicles.

Drew Lawrence is a Manager on the Digital Assets Fund Accounting team. Prior to joining Theorem, Drew worked as a consultant, including forensic accounting, in complex business litigation under some of the top expert witnesses in their field and is experienced in serving high profile clients. Drew graduated Summa Cum Laude and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Drew now works directly with some of the most prestigious and internationally renowned names in the digital asset space including hedge fund and private equity fund structures.

Guillaume Schemmel is a Manager on the Digital Assets Fund Accounting team. Guillaume has over 20 years' experience spanning fund administration private equity. He started his career in Luxembourg working for Société Générale and European Fund Administration. He also has mixed extensive international travel with stints at Lazard Asset Management and Apex Fund Services, as well as working in private equity for Sun Capital Partners before joining Theorem. Guillaume earned a B.S. degree in Accounting and Business Management in France.

Jason Trieu is a Manager on the Digital Assets Fund Accounting team. He earned his B.S. degree in Finance from Portland State University and has worked in the fund administration space for more than 8 years. Jason has extensive knowledge and experience with a wide range of hedge fund strategies with a specialized focus in the digital asset space.

Jeffrey Aber is the General Counsel for Theorem Fund Services. Jeff had previously served as outside counsel to Theorem since inception and has also provided expert counsel to numerous emerging and established fund managers on all aspects of formation and ongoing operations. In addition to financial services, Jeff has extensive knowledge in software development, telecommunications, media, sports, and entertainment. He is also an adjunct law professor. Jeff received a J.D. from Seton Hall University, and B.S. and B.M. from Syracuse University.

Liz Wright is a Director and the Head of Client Operations for Theorem. She has over 16 years of experience in fund administration, middle office, and asset management consulting. Prior to Theorem, she held various senior roles at other large and mid-sized fund administrators and consulted for PriceWaterhouse Coopers within their Asset Management practice. Liz earned her B.S. degree in Accounting and Finance from DePaul University. She is also a Licensed Certified Public Accountant in Illinois and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.

Lynne McCarthy is a Manager on the Digital Assets Fund Accounting team. Over the last 20 years, Lynne has held various management roles focused on Mutual Fund Accounting, Exchange Traded Funds, Middle Office Client Service Delivery and Master Trust Accounting at The Bank of New York Mellon, Ulitmus Fund Solutions and State Street. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts at Boston.

Matt Walter is a Senior Manager and Head of Fund Accounting. He has over 20 years' experience in the alternative investment industry focused on various complex hedge fund strategies, He has previously held management positions while working for leading hedge fund administration firms. Matt has extensive experience with both U.S. and offshore fund operations. He received his B.S. degree in Accounting from DePaul University in 1998.

Mikhail Davidyan is a Managing Member and co-founder of Theorem. With over 18 years of experience, Mikhail has previously held senior and management roles at several leading fund administrators and technology firms. He earned his B.S. degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois-Chicago where he graduated Cum Laude. Mikhail holds an M.B.A. from Northern Illinois University, and he is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant in Illinois.

Pam Lovig is a Senior Manager and Head of Investor Relations and Treasury Services. Pam has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry holding various senior roles at investment banks such as Bear Stearns and Bank of America. Prior to joining Theorem, Pam worked at Wintrust Bank in the Funds Group running the Onboarding and Implementation team.

Stephen Giannone is a Managing Member and co-founder of Theorem. Stephen has worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years, performing in a number of senior executive roles including management of global teams for top tier investment banks such as Bear Stearns and Deutsche Bank. In addition, Stephen has held Executive positions at global fund administration firms including Spectrum Global Fund Administration and Citadel Solutions. Stephen holds a bachelor's degree from the United States Naval Academy and honorably served as an officer in the US Navy, receiving numerous medals and awards.

Tony Chen is a Manager on the Digital Assets Fund Accounting team. He graduated from Oregon State University Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance and has worked in the fund administration space since completing his studies. Tony works with Theorem's most complex clients in the digital asset space.
