Aline has worked with various notarial offices, Aline Krumpholz-Jung has over 10 years of experience in all notarial work areas. Aline`s work at tkslegal Berlin includes client registration, KYC matters, as well as preparation and performance of notarisations and certifications.
Thomas is a German attorney-at-law and notary public with a particular focus on advising Nordic and other international clients on their work in Germany. His practice spans over twenty years and includes, amongst others, corporate and M&A, Real Estate and notarial work. His previous positions at leading Scandinavian law firms and his extensive experience with the International Bar Association have given him a global network of friends & colleagues and an in-depth understanding of the challenges that international clients face in Germany. He is also the long time chairman of Assa Abloy Sicherheitstechnik GmbH.
Thomas Kaiser-Stockmann founded Mannheimer Swartling's Berlin office in 1992 and was their Managing Partner until 2013. After that, he was Managing Partner of Magnusson's Berlin office from 2013 to 2015.

Frederik is a legal associate at tkslegal Berlin LLP. He finished his Second State Examination in September 2019 and is a fully qualified lawyer. After finishing his First State Examination in 2016 and studying Law at the Humboldt University of Berlin with a major in International Law. Furthermore, he studied at the Free University of Berlin and at the University of Birmingham in the UK. In 2019 Frederik was on secondment with friendly Burges Salmon LLP in Bristol, working with corporate finance as well as media and entertainment there.
He regularly provides advice in the areas of Corporate, M&A and IT/IP Law. In addition, he is enthusiastic about Legal Tech, Blockchain and AI.
