Professional Experiences: Neringa has worked as a consultant and project manager in the field of Human Resource Management, Personnel Selection, Leadership and Team Building since 2006. Training and consulting experience: Neringa has worked with TLEX® since 2009, delivering trainings to clients such clients as Beiersdorf, GE, ZelenBio, Al Rajhi Capital.
