After nearly electricuting himself a few times, Joe discovered that educating himself about what he was doing, would be the best bet! Joe set out to learn all he could about not just maintenance, but also the property he was working with. As years went by, learning about all types of Affordable Housing programs and the regulations surrounding them was a passion Joe took very seriously. Even though Joe has served as a Regional Manager, and Director of Operations for a couple management companies, the sharing of experiences and training on the regulations was always something that he placed as a number 1 interest.
