Having lived in Italy while earning his Architecture Degree, Robert gained an appreciation for Renaissance Architecture and Urban Living. Now having spent over 20 years; Designing, Constructing and Managing Class A Commercial and Residential projects he brings his talents to Topaz Villas.
Ronald Lozoff has developed and managed residential and commercial real estate for over 30 years. His accomplishments include developing apartments, hotels, retail and as he says "his real passion is building condominiums". His condominium experience includes being the Developer of some of Atlanta's earliest and finest Condominiums. Since moving to Houston, Ron has developed over 1,400 condominium units in inner-loop Houston and uptown Dallas with a retail value in excess of three hundred million dollars ($300,000,000). As the names of the floor plans were inspired artists, Topaz Villas is a community that is inspired by the creativity and experience of Ron Lozoff & Robert Kane. Topaz Villas is the expression of their "Art".
