Originally from Ireland, Edwina is a registered social worker and a CYC practitioner with over 35 years' experience working with children, families and communities within the fields of social services and education in a variety of roles and settings, in both government and NGO sectors in a number of countries. Edwina has had and maintains a range of leadership and advisory roles within services that provide out of home, group, kin and non-kin care., and safeguarding. She has a Master of Science in Child and Youth Care Studies with distinction from Strathclyde University, Scotland in addition to qualifications in early childhood, social work and a post graduate diploma in social service supervision. Edwina is also an accredited trainer in The Purposeful Use of Daily Life Events (DLE) and the Three Pillars of Transforming Care.

Leon Fulcher, MSW, PhD is a Retired Professor of Social Work with half a decade of experience in the child and youth care field - in North America and Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region - as a practitioner, manager, educator, researcher, and scholar. For a decade he Chaired the Board of Governors for The International Child and Youth Care Network at www.cyc-net.org and continues as an Asia-Pacific representative. Shane Murdoch, of Scottish and Irish decent, was born and raised as a Pākehā (of European descent) New Zealander. Early nursing training has helped to inform Shane's orientation to senior management roles in out-of-home care for children and young people and development as a CYC practitioner over the past 25 years. His experience has included being part of a management team establishing a residential treatment programme for male young people with harmful sexual behaviour and CEO of a former children's home which was re-purposed towards a relational child and youth care approach and rebuilt using a co-design process with children and young people following the 2011 Christchurch earthquakes in Aotearoa New Zealand. Shane is presently completing a Master of Science degree in Child and Youth Care at Strathclyde University, Scotland and works in a national role for an agency advocating for children and young people in care. Shane is also an accredited trainer in the Purposeful Use of Daily Life Events (DLE) and the Three Pillars of Transforming Care.
Sue Capper BSc (Hons), MPA, CA is a Chartered Accountant with a range of skills in financial management and accounting, human resources and office management / administration gained through working for a range of organisations within the small to medium enterprise, not-for-profit, educational and corporate sectors in New Zealand. Hailing from the UK, Sue also has a background in IT, from business / systems analysis up to large scale project, programme and change management on core financial systems within large UK clearing banks and financial institutes.
Tim Capper BSc (Hons), MBCS, CITP has over 35 years of experience in the IT field spanning Software Development, IT Architecture and Strategy, Networking, Telecommunications, Project and Programme Management, Mainframe, Mid-Range, Server, End-user Computing and Computer Security. After following a corporate career in the UK in the financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, and consultancy sectors up to senior management levels. Tim moved to New Zealand where he has worked with many businesses to improve their systems.
