Brothers Kelly Grace and Phil Helms grew up with their heads deep in the technology world from early on in their lives with emphasis in different areas. They found themselves constantly reaching out to each other for help based on their separate strengths and realized how great it would be if there were a single group or company that could offer what often comes from multiple vendors.
