VENKATRAMAN LAW

Jennifer began her career in business before going to law school. She started practicing law in 1996 and enjoys supporting the growth of small to mid-size companies by applying her legal and business knowledge to the solution of business problems before they become "legal problems". While in-house counsel work has given her experience in many aspects of business law, her specialization is in contract drafting, review and negotiation, as well as managing the legal risks and outside counsel for small to mid-sized companies who cannot yet justify full-time in-house counsel.
