Valley Biochar is a family owned company formed to provide the best quality biochar and soil amendments possible. Founder, Michael Garjian, has been working with biochar and biochar manufacturing systems since 2006. As such, he helped to develop the first industrial scale, research grade, biochar manufacturing facility in the world. The biochar he produced was the first ever to receive an advanced level certification from the International Biochar Initiative. The products were so advanced that the Organic Materials Research Institute (OMRI) created a new category in its list of certified materials, in order to recognize Garjian's achievements in biochar development...
