He started his professional journey with Patna Electric Supply Co. in 1964 & went on to become an Entrepreneur in 1977. He has over 45 years of experience in survey, design, estimation & construction of sub stations & transmission lines. His experience & expertise are a great asset to VSPL.

Sudip is an Electrical Engineer with over 35 years of extensive project execution experience in the Power Sector. He retired as General Manager from Power Grid Corporation of India where he was accountable for project execution & managing transmission network, sub stations, O & M of the transmission system & leading a team of Engineers, supervisors & technicians. Sudip brings a vast project execution knowledge & experience to VSPL.
Swapan Mukherjee, a Technocrat with over 40 years of experience, retired as the Chairman of Bihar State Electricity Board. He has an Electrical Engineering degree from National Institute of Technology, Bihar. As the Chairman of the board for 3 years, he was responsible for transformation & execution of the entire generation, transmission & distribution network in Bihar. He is one of the most well known names in this sector. His rich experience & strong networking is an asset for VSPL.

Vishal is an Economics & Management Graduate with over 20 years of experience in Banking, Insurance, Real Estate & Power Sector. He has worked in Senior Management Positions with various Foreign Banks.
