Western Line Builders Inc. is a power line contractor that has been in business for nearly four decades. The company was incorporated 1978 as Lutes Construction. In 1986 Denis Bell, Roger Bell, and Fred Oliver purchased Lutes Construction and formed what is now Western Line Builders, Inc. Kevin J. Smith purchased company stock, replacing Roger Bell as Vice President in 1996 and then replacing Dennis Bell as President in 2010. In 2017 Jeremey Reinke and Matt King purchased company stock and took over as Superintendent and Vice President.
