I'm Rebekah Ayers, Welcome2Berkeley! I own and manage a beautifully restored 1920's duplex building in Berkeley. Since 1998, I have rented to visiting scholars, professionals and their families who have come from all over the world. My two rental units are within walking distance of many of the great things about Berkeley, and just one mile from the UC Campus... I'm a long term local resident, and a member of both the Cal Alumni Association and the Berkeley Property Owner's Association. I also have a professional background in guest services, having worked in such 4 star hotels as The Fairmont and the Pan-Pacific.
