Wingerts Pharmacy is a local pharmacy in Mayville... Back in 1932, Marvin Wingert and his sisters Jean, Merle and Phyllis started their Red & White Food Store on Fulton Street. Four years later, Marvin married Emily Randall, and she became involved in the business as well. Aunt Jean worked for Marvin & Emily for 39 years... Four generations of the Wingert family have worked in the store and have contributed to the success. Dale & Pat Wingert, along with their sons Tim, Jeff, & Aaron now own & operate the store. Over the years, the store has changed to an IGA supplied store, then in 1988 it became a Spartan Store as it is currently known today on Main Street.
